City Street Parking/Respecting Our Neighbors

Parking on city streets is an option available to Concordia students, staff and faculty members. Please remember that the St. Paul Police (651-291-1111) are responsible for parking enforcement on city streets. The University continually strives to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors in the Lex-Ham community. Please respect their property rights and do not block driveways.

Parking Policy Violations

In order to provide the best possible parking situation for our campus community it is necessary that the Security Department provide enforcement of parking rules and regulations.

Vistor Parking Permit Information

Visitors to campus are welcome to park in any of the campus lots with a valid Concordia University Visitor Parking Permit. Visitor Parking Permits can be obtained one of two ways. Both are free. The first is to come to the Security Office located on the Tunnel level of Meyer Hall and receive a paper visitor parking permit to hang from your rear-view mirror upon your arrival to campus. You will then need to go back out to your car to hang the permit from your mirror. The second option is to email your name, department you are visiting, and dates of your stay to Bryan Hamilton at bhamilton@csp.edu and receive an electronic parking permit that you can then print from your home or office.
