Students are accountable to behave in accordance to the Code of Student Conduct (Student Handbook, Section 118).
In the academic environment of the classroom, any student whose conduct conflicts with the University’s stated principles and guidelines may be asked to leave the classroom by the professor. The professor will then follow the guidelines presented in S.H. 118, Disciplinary Procedures. The disciplinary procedure starts with a written report given to the Judicial Officer. Professors may file an incident report for any violation to the Code of Student Conduct and are not limited to the classroom environment. Incident report forms are available in the office of the Vice President for Student Affairs or online in the Student Handbook appendix.
