Concordia University, St. Paul presents the 2015 Reformation Heritage Lecture, featuring Dr. Daniel A. Siedell of The King’s College, Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015 at 7 p.m. in the Buenger Education Center. This event is free and open to the public.
In this year’s Reformation Heritage Lecture, Dr. Siedell will revisit the relationship between word and image through an historical survey of the visual arts since the Reformation, suggesting that Luther’s thought offers a helpful way to understand artistic practice of the last two hundred years, both inside and outside the church.
This lecture is part of Concordia’s 2015 Celebration of the Humanities.
