The following must be completed in order to participate in Commencement. Please visit the FAQ document for more details pertaining to the below.
December (Fall) Ceremony
Students must submit an application for graduation no later than August 27, 2017 and be enrolled in their final requirement in the fall semester, or have an approved Degree Completion Plan on file (undergraduate students only) with a plan to complete all remaining requirements in the fall semester. Only students who have been approved to graduate in Fall 2017 will receive an invitation to the December commencement ceremony. Invitations will be emailed in mid-October.
Note: Students who submit an application for graduation after August 27, 2017 and plan to complete all requirements in the fall semester may still have their degree awarded, however will be eligible to participate in the following May commencement ceremony.
May (Spring) ceremony
Students completing their requirements in the spring or summer semesters are eligible to participate in the May 2018 commencement ceremony. Students must submit an application for graduation by March 31, 2018 and be enrolled in their final requirements in the spring or summer semesters, or have an approved Degree Completion Plan on file (undergraduate students only) with a viable plan to complete all remaining requirements in the spring or summer semesters.
Applying for Graduation
All students must apply for graduation whether or not they are planning to participate in the commencement ceremony. If you have missed the application deadline, contact your advisor immediately.
All eligible graduates should visit their CSP Connect account to ensure that their tuition is paid in full. If you still have questions after viewing your account, call (651) 603-6300.
Parking Tickets and Campus Keys
Parking ticket questions can be directed to David Galloway. In addition, any keys issued to students which are not returned will be billed to your student account as a lost key ($65.00 each). Questions can be directed to Megan Huff.
All lost library materials and outstanding fees must be taken care of. Please direct all questions to Amber Bunnell. Students are responsible for any lost or late fees incurred for materials due.
