The following must be completed in order to participate in Commencement. Please visit the FAQ document for more details pertaining to the below.
May (Spring) ceremony
Students completing their requirements in the spring or summer semesters are eligible to participate in the May 2019 commencement ceremony. Students must submit an application for graduation by March 22, 2019 and be enrolled in their final requirements in the spring or summer semesters, or have an approved Degree Completion Plan on file (undergraduate students only) with a viable plan to complete all remaining requirements in the spring or summer semesters. Summer completers are welcome to defer to the fall ceremony if desired. Ceremony selection can be indicated in the Ceremony Invitation which will be sent via email near the beginning of April.
December (Fall) Ceremony
Students must submit an application for graduation no later than September 16, 2019 and be enrolled in their final requirement in the fall semester, or have an approved Degree Completion Plan on file (undergraduate students only) with a plan to complete all remaining requirements in the fall semester. Only students who have been approved to graduate in Fall 2019 will receive an invitation to the December commencement ceremony. Invitations will be emailed in mid-October. Fall completers are welcome to defer their participation until the spring 2020 ceremony if desired. Ceremony selection can be indicated in the Ceremony Invitation which will be sent via email in early October, 2019.
Applying for Graduation
All students must apply for graduation whether or not they are planning to participate in the commencement ceremony. If you have missed the application deadline, contact your advisor immediately.
All eligible graduates should visit their CSP Connect account to ensure that their tuition is paid in full. If you still have questions after viewing your account, call (651) 603-6300.
Parking Tickets and Campus Key Cards
Parking ticket questions can be directed to Dave Galloway. Key Card issued to students which are not returned, will be billed to your student account as a lost key card ($65.00 each). Questions can be directed to Megan Huff.
All lost library materials and outstanding fees must be taken care of. Please direct all questions to Amber Bunnell. Students are responsible for any lost or late fees incurred for materials due.
