Compiling an Annual Report in eLumen
Annual Assessment Reports are now completed as part of the department’s Annual Report. Please see the Program Review page for further instructions.
To View Your Department’s Previous Assessment Reports
Assessment Reports from 2015, 2016, and 2017 are available in eLumen. In your dept-program coordinator role in eLumen, select the “Strategic Planning” tab, then the lower “Initiatives” tab. You’ll find the reports listed in the resulting table. For reports prior to 2015, please check your college folder in the Google Team Drive, “Assessment & Accreditation.” Open the “Assessment” folder and drill down until you reach the Assessment Reports folder for your department/program. All department chairs and assessment coordinators have access to this drive. Pleases contact Miriam Luebke if you would like access.
Executive Summaries of Annual Reports
Executive Summaries are no longer completed for departmental assessment reports. Instead, the deans read and comment on each of the assessment reports –and now, Annual Reports — for each department in their college. Deans and departments use their Annual Reports to plan action steps for the coming one to three years based on data analyzed for the Annual Report.
