Transcript Information

Effective July 1, 2002 payment is required before transcript will be issued.

Transcripts are only released by written request of the person who received credit at Concordia University.  Requests may be sent via mail or the student may fill out a form in the BEAR Center.

Transcripts are $7 per copy and take two to three days to process. Current students receive transcripts at no charge. Transcripts can be faxed for an additional  charge of $10.

Requests must contain the following information:

• Your full name at time of attendance, current name (if different)
• Student Identification Number
• Current home address
• Daytime telephone number where you can be reached in case of questions
• Last date of attendance
• Signature
• Name and address of where you would like the transcript sent
