Technology Appeals Committee

The Technology Appeals Committee's main purpose is to provide an opportunity for individuals to contest charges from the Information & Technology Department; while acknowledging the Concordia University Mission Statement.  The committee is made up of two or three student senators along with two I.T. staff members. 

Our responsibility is to listen, consider, and respond to the appeals brought before the committee in a way that fairly represents the interests of both the student and Concordia University Policy. 

When senate is in session, at least two but no more than four student senators will be appointed representatives on this committee.  There will be two I.T. staff members assigned to the committee in order to properly represent the appealed charges.  The split in representation will ensure fair and impartial assessments of all appeals.  Appeals submitted during the summer will be based off previous senate representation.
