**Maintenance fee is determined if the laptop requires cleaning. Stickers, spills, and that need to be removed. Parts covered under warranty are determined by IBM.
Additional fees may be charged for broken/missing parts not detected during the Check-In process. Replacement parts are ordered directly from IBM. All prices are subject to change without notice. Any shipping/handling fees and taxes may be passed on to the user. Overdue fines are calculated at $15 per calendar day. Overdue fines are charged for late return of a laptop. All outstanding fees will result in a hold being placed on the user's account.
