Flu Leave Reminder from HR, Payroll Office
When claiming flu leave time, please remember the following: • If you are using the flu leave time to care for a family member, please indicate this under comments on your timesheet. • If you are using flu leave time for your own illness, you must come to HR when you return to work to complete a Return To Work form. At the onsite of flu-like illness that requires your absence from the office, please also remember to submit the Influenza Symptom Reporting Form that is available on Portal or Concordia homepage.
