Poehler Lecture Series on Faith and Learning, April 15, 7:30 p.m., Buenger Education Center.  Featuring honored speaker Dr. Herman K. Wentzel, professor emeritus of Education and Psychology. 

Book of the Year Convocation, April 16, Noon, Buenger Education Center.  Rev. John Matthews, vice president of the International Bonhoeffer Society’s English Language Section will lead the convocation focused on Concordia’s Book of the Year. He has been a passionate Dietrich Bonhoeffer scholar for over thirty years, and will share his insights about Bonhoeffer's Life Together, the 2007-08 CSP Book of the Year. Pastor Matthews also teaches in the Religion Department at Augsburg College and has been actively involved in Jewish-Christian dialogue for three decades.
