Chapel Survey

At the request of President Holst, Communication Theory students are conducting a survey on the Chapel.  Faculty, please encourage your students to take the Chapel Survey on Bear Path, perhaps even allowing a few minutes of class time to complete it.  The advantage to professors is that students will become familiar with the new route to Course Evaluations. The survey will be open until Thanksgiving break.  It will take less than five minutes to complete and is for both Chapel attenders and non-attenders:

Go to Bear Path from the CSP Portal

Log in with your student ID number and password

Click on "Answer a Survey/Course Evaluations"

Click on "Chapel Survey"

Answer questions

Click Survey Complete
