NCSL
National Concordia Student
Leader Conference
November 8th-11th, 2007

Concordia St. Paul Executive Board attended the NCSL conference held at Concordia University in Irvine, California. NCSL stands for National Concordia Student Leaders - a a membership that is open to the student body represented through its properly elected student government, of a college or university within the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. The NCSL Chair is currently Stephanie Olson (St. Paul) and the NCSL Secretary is Jessica Finch (Portland). The NCSL advisor is Jami Darden (Texas). Seven of the ten Concordias were represented at the conference including: Texas, Chicago, New York, Portland, Ann Arbor, California, and us.
This years conference was very productive. Along with meeting and creating networks betweeen each of the Concordias, we elected in Alissa Magnusson (Irvine) as the 2007-08 Chair and Stephanie Conkling (New York) as the 2007-08 Secretary. We also revised the NCSL constitution, discussed various issues concerning our campus, and got a taste of what life and senate meant at each of the other Concordias.
Feel free to let us know what you think about these issues. There are many ways to contact Student Senate:
