2008 - 2009 SEASA Events
September
Welcome Back Picnic
The Welcome Back Picnic is an annual event with UMOJA that brings returning Concordia students and incoming freshmen together. It is a chance for freshmen to interact with older students and make friends. This activity composes of food and fun outdoor activities.
October
Hallowing Gathering
A Halloween celebration that will help bring SEASA members together so that they can get to know one another.
November
Thanksgiving Gathering
A Thanksgiving dinner that will help bring staffs, faculty, and the campus together with SEASA.
December
Secret Santa
A fun activity that will help establish unity and celebrate Christmas within SEASA.
February
Feb. 9 - 13 : Valentine Flower Sale
An annual fundraiser to help SEASA raise funds for future events. It also allows SEASA to interact with other students on campus. The sales will be held in the CSP Tunnel.
March
Optional – SEASA representatives will help select an event for this month.
April - Asian Heritage Month

Asian Festival
The official Asian Heritage Month is in May but because school ends at the beginning of May, we want to take the whole month of April to show our full appreciation of this holiday. Each week there will be one event which will allow the community, Concordia, and SEASA to bond with one another and learn the different cultures of Asia.

Senior Celebration and End of the Year Event
A end of the year celebration for the seniors and SEASA members. This is a time for recap and recognition for those who have worked hard in helping SEASA and in their academics.
