Concordia University - Residence Life

Remember that Housing Sign-Ups will be taking place on Friday, March 20 in LTC 214/215 from 12noon-5:00pm.

Here is some basic information:

2009-2010 Academic Year Housing
A down payment of $125 is due at the time of housing sign-up. Applications are available in MH 115, RLC Front Desk, or on the housing website: http://concordia.csp.edu/residenceLife/_FAQ/HowToApply.html
Preference will be given to those students who turn in their applications on March 20th, however, applications will be accepted as space allows.
Costs for 2009-2010 Housing:
4-bedroom apartment - $3,625/semester or $7,250/academic year
2-bedroom or Studio apartment - $4,375/semester or $8,750/academic year

2009 Summer Housing
Summer housing sign-up will also take place on March 20th. A down payment of $50 is due at the time of sign-up. Summer housing will be in the RLC. If you have signed a 12-month agreement in the RLC, you will not need to sign up for summer housing. Summer housing goes until July 31. At that time, any residents not returning to the residence hall for the 2009-2010 Academic Year will need to move out. Arrangements will be made for those students who will continue to live on campus in the fall. Summer preference is given to those who turn in applications on March 20th. Summer housing applications will be accepted until April 10th. Applications are available at MH 115, RLC Front Desk, and online at http://concordia.csp.edu/residenceLife/_FAQ/SummerHousing.html
Cost for Summer 2009 Housing:
4-bedroom apartment: $1,250
2-bedroom or Studio apartment: $1,540

What to Bring to Housing Sign Up on March 20:
- Application for your housing needs (2009-2010 Academic Year and/or Summer 2009)
- Down payment for each application you submit ($125 for 2009-2010 Academic Year and $50 for Summer 2009)

The BEAR Center, Security, and Dining Services will also be available at Housing Sign-Up to answer questions.
