Some General Notes

If you wish to book an event with Prisms, there are a few general things that you may want to know about the process:

• We recommend that you book your event as soon as you have a date in mind.  We have a certain number of weekends that are open each year and once those are filled, it is difficult to schedule an event.  Check out the calender to see which weekends are available!
  
• Prisms tends to do only one event per weekend. If you see that an event is already booked for the weekend that you want, you may still email Prisms to see whether your event might still work for that particular weekend, but the chances under these circumstances are limited.
  
• If you would like Prisms to do an event during the week (examples: chapel service, mid-week activities, etc.), please ask!  We do not have dates on the calender for week-day events, but that does not mean we cannot do an event like that.  Simply contact us and we will do everything that we can to work with your schedule. 
  
• Many people ask how much or little Prisms will plan their event.  For most events, we plan everything.  If you have a specific theme or topic, please let us know!  You can plan as little or as much as the event as you would like; we are flexible and wish to work with you. 
  
• Prisms is free!  There is no "charge" for events, but we greatly appreciate donations.  We are a self-sufficent organization and we are able to continue to operate and share the Gospel with your generous donations.  (Many people ask how much the average donation is; it depends!  Donations generally range from $50-$200, depending on how far we are traveling, how many youth are in attendence, etc.)  If you are unable to give a donation, that is okay too!  We believe that the Gospel is a priceless message to share with all; we love doing youth ministry and we know that God will provide for us.

2. Fill out an Event Request Form.  Simply fill out this form to request your event!
