General Payroll Information

Concordia's Payroll Manager is Brian Marek (marek@csp.edu; x8229)

• Concordia's Payroll is run on a bi-weekly basis.
• Regular Faculty and Staff are paid on a one-week delay.
• Student Employees and Temporary Staff are paid on a two-week delay.
• Adjunct Faculty are paid on a monthly basis.
• Pay Stub information is available via Bear Path under Employee Services.

Pay Distribution

• Concordia distributes pay electronically via Direct Deposit.
• Direct Deposit funds are released to the employee's bank account at midnight on Thursday of a pay week. Funds direct deposited will be accessible according to the employee's financial institution's processing schedule.
