Admission Ambassadors
Advisor: Kristin Schoon, Director of Undergraduate Admission
Description: The objectives of a Student Ambassador are:
- to welcome and embrace guests to Concordia University
- to give guests a prospective of life at Concordia University
- to develop and build a lasting and meaningful relationship with guests
- to be a knowledgeable and caring resource for our university
The responsibilities of a Student Ambassador are:
- to be a positive role model to prospective students as well as the student body at Concordia University
- to familiarize yourself with the available support and services on campus
- to assist The Office of Admissions and Marketing in day to day operations
- to orient guests to services provided at Concordia University such as:
- Campus organizations/activities
- Library/computer help desk
- Work study
- Health services
- Writing center/peer tutoring
- Food Services
Meeting Time: Student Ambassador group functions are usually once a week
