Do I need to Use a specific browser to use CSPConnect?

To log in and use the system effectively, you should be using one of the following Internet browsers
Windows
Internet Explorer 5.x (latest version) and 6.0 SP2 - (Do not confuse with MSN Explorer which is not compatible).
Netscape 7.2 and 8.1
Firefox 1.5.0.1 and 1.0.7 and 2.0

Macintosh
OS 9
Netscape 7.0
OS X v10.3
Netscape 7.2
Mozilla 1.7.12
Firefox 1.5.0.1
Safari 1.3.9
OS X v10.4
Netscape 7.2
Firefox 1.5.0.1
Safari 2.0

If you are trying to log in to the system using another browser, you may experience difficulties.

 Timing out every 30 seconds?
If you get timed out very quickly while you are still in CSPConnect and actively using it, you are probably using an unsupported browser like MSN Premium. The MSN Explorer browser is not compatible with CSPConnect. Please use one of the browsers listed here.
