Refund Request Information

Update 3/17/2008:  Refunds will be direct deposited into your checking/savings account!  Eligible recipients must enroll with Direct Deposit.  Click here for more information!

A credit balance in your student account is created when you have excess funds remaining after all eligible charges on your account are paid in full. For example, when your financial aid disbursements exceed the total cost of tuition and fees in any one term. In this case, you may request a refund check.

If you drop or withdraw from classes, your financial aid may be adjusted and you may owe some or all of your credit balance back to the University.

To request a refund please download the form below.

Download here: Refund Request

Refund checks are processed every Wednesday and Friday, unless noted otherwise or if either day falls onto a Holiday.

Timeline:  If your request submission falls between Monday - Tuesday, you may expect processing on Friday.  If your request submission falls between Wednesday - Friday, you may expect processing on the following Wednesday.  Processing dates may change without prior notice due to Holidays.

This form has interactive fields which can be filled in prior to printing.  All forms require at least Adobe Reader to open and view the contents correctly.  Adobe Reader is free and can be downloaded at www.adobe.com or by clicking here: Adobe Reader
