Apartments
Concordia University, St. Paul owns and operates apartment buildings to meet the housing requests of students whose needs are not met by the residence hall setting. Such individuals include (but are not limited to) those who are: married, single parents, or 21 years of age and older. One and two bedroom units are available. Priority for two bedroom units is given to students with children. As space allows, apartments may be available for non-students.
Due to planned construction to build a new residence life center, the apartments have been converted to residential housing for traditional undergraduate students. Because of this, apartment availability is limited. Please contact Sharon Schewe for more information.
Application Procedure for Students
To apply for apartment housing the individual must be accepted to Concordia University. Applicants are to read the Apartment Housing Agreement and complete the application form. A security deposit of $500 must be paid for the assignment to be confirmed and prior to keys being issued. Students and non-students should contact Sharon Schewe at 651-641-8228 for an application or additional information.
